RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with every product you purchase from EDGMOR. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns if the following conditions are met:

 

1.     Items must be returned within 2 days after you receive the items, with the original receipt or other proof of purchase.

2.     The returned items are due to defective conditions or different item with you ordered.

3.     The returned items must be unworn, unwashed or unused with original tags or labels attached.

4.     The returned items must be in their original packaging.

5.     The returned must not be stock clearance items or sale items.

 

The purchase price will refund to you once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets condition no. 1 to 5. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.

 

Important Notice:

1.     We will not fill your request for the items returned if the conditions above (1 to 5) are not met.

2.     We will not fill your request for the items returned if the size of the items does not fit you. Use our size guide to ensure the items size  fit you.

3.    Shipping costs will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the invoice when defective item or different item is returned.
